Draft pending legal review. Fields marked [PENDING: …] are not yet defined and will be completed with the operator's verified details before this text becomes final.
How claims about top-ups, digital codes and prepaid balance are reviewed, what information to send and what cannot be promised. No rule reduces rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
How to request a review
Write to partnerships@centraloneglobal.com or to the support channel shown in your account, with the order number, product, region, date and what happened. Never send passwords or complete codes. The order statuses and the supplier's confirmation are checked before deciding. Response time: [PENDING: committed response time].
Failed or undelivered order
If a line failed, was rejected or was never delivered, it is investigated and, where appropriate, the amount goes back to the account balance. An order in progress or on hold is not treated as delivered without checking.
Confirmed digital delivery
A top-up credited to the correct ID or a valid code already delivered may not be technically reversible. A defective product, a wrong delivery attributable to the supplier, a duplicate charge or rights imposed by law can still be reviewed.
Wrong region or player ID
The reseller must check the region and the ID before confirming. If the supplier has not yet executed the delivery, cancelling it is assessed. If it was already delivered, a reversal cannot be promised: it depends on technical feasibility, the product's conditions and the applicable law.
Unused balance
Requests about unused prepaid balance are reviewed with ownership, reconciliation and fraud-prevention checks. Eligibility, currency, refund channel, external costs and deadlines: [PENDING: unused-balance refund rule]. No automatic refund is promised.
Decision and rights
The decision and the relevant evidence are communicated through the channel linked to the account. This policy does not reduce the withdrawal, refund, repair or consumer-protection rights that apply by law [PENDING: legal counsel's analysis of whether any transaction may qualify as a consumer transaction].
