How to sell top-ups and gift cards without region or ID mistakes

What to check before every sale: the product format, the region of your customer's account, the player ID and how the prepaid balance works. It is based on what the Central One portal shows.

Direct top-up or code: what you sell in each case

The format decides what you ask your customer for, and where a sale can go wrong.

Direct top-up

Credited to the player's account

You need their exact ID and, when the game asks for it, the server or zone. A top-up sent to the wrong account cannot be recovered, so the risk is in the data your customer gives you.

Code or PIN

The buyer redeems it themselves

You ask for no data when ordering, but the code must match the region of the account where it is redeemed: a redeemed code cannot be reversed. For Free Fire LATAM, PIN is offered when the portal shows it available.

None when ordering

The region that counts is the account's

Every product in the catalog shows its region before you order, and the order confirmation shows it again before the total. What must match is the region of your customer's account, not the country you sell from.

  • Free Fire LATAM is for accounts on the Latin America server, the one for the Spanish-speaking Latin American countries; other Free Fire regions have their own server and are not included
  • A gift card only works on accounts in the same region
  • If you do not know the region of your customer's account, ask before you sell: once a code is redeemed there is no going back

How to avoid player ID mistakes

Four habits that cut top-ups to the wrong account, with no extra tools.

  1. Ask for the ID copied from the profile

Have your customer copy it from the game profile instead of typing it from memory or reading it off a screenshot.

  2. Confirm it before you order

Read it back and wait for their confirmation. If the game uses a server or zone, confirm those too.

  3. Check the region

Make sure the product's region matches the account's: the portal shows it before you order.

  4. Keep the confirmation

Keep the message where your customer confirmed the ID: it helps if a question comes up later.

How the prepaid balance works

You load balance in the portal's “Balance” section, with the method enabled for your account, and every order is deducted from it, whether you order in the portal or by API.

  • You see the instructions to load balance in the portal, with your enabled account, or Central One confirms them through an official channel
  • Never share passwords, one-time codes (OTP), recovery phrases or API secrets
  • You see what is available and what is held for orders still in progress
  • This website publishes no prices: you see them inside the portal, with your account's terms

Portal or API: how you will order

Portal

You order from the browser

You choose the product, see its region, confirm the total and follow the order until it shows as completed. If it includes codes, you find them in its details.

API

Your system orders for you

Your online store, bot or point of sale creates orders server to server. An order resent with the same key is not charged twice.

How the API works

Which categories to start with

Start with what your customers already ask for, and with the regions of their accounts. The catalog shows each product's region, so you can check it before you offer the product.

  • Free Fire LATAM

If your customers play on the Latin America server: direct top-up with the player ID.

  • Top-ups for other games

Check the data each one asks for (ID, server or zone) and the region the product states.

  • Gift cards

Choose the same region as your customers' accounts: each card only works in its region.

Reseller questions

What happens if I top up the wrong account?

A top-up sent to the wrong account cannot be recovered. That is why it pays to confirm the ID with your customer before you order.

Can a redeemed code be returned?

No. A redeemed code cannot be reversed, and a card that was redeemed or used in another region is not refunded automatically.

Where do I see a product's region?

In the portal's catalog, before you order. The order confirmation shows it again before the total.

Do I need an account to see prices?

Yes. Central One does not publish prices: once your account is enabled you see them inside the portal, with its terms, before you load balance.
